Flour Child

I'm sure you've seen the work of Alexander Yakovlev. He captures dancers in motion, floating amongst a whirlwind of flour. And the results are jawdroppingly beautiful. Who wouldn't want to attempt to replicate that? 

It's no surprise we made quite the mess. (Use a big tarp if you wanna to attempt this!) Thanks Simon for being assistant/flour boy and Andrea for being the best sport about getting flour all over your face, your hair, everywhere and doing every crazy pose I have in mind. And then wrapping yourself up in the tarp, waddling out the door, and rolling around on the lawn heheh.

I'm so excited to shoot more dancers. Off to go buy all the flour!
