Sometimes when I have a lot of video clips of the same theme, they naturally tell a story, and I can’t help but make a cheesy video. I just hit my one year anniversary of climbing. Here’s that story.

Over the course of these 28 days, I learned just how much sugar is in everything we eat, and how it affects my own body.
I ran 13.1 miles this past weekend. That’s 12.1 more miles than I thought could ever do.
This was something that had been brewing in the back of my head for a long time, as a “wow my life would be amazing if I could do that” pipe dream. The thought of actually teaching scared the bejeezus out of me. But life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
Cooking is calming and therapeutic. It brings me into this manual world that acknowledges this basic human experience that has connected people for centuries.
If my first year was about finding joy and passion for the sport, my second year of climbing was about strengthening myself and my technique.
